Advanced M&E are a dynamic and progressive Mechanical and Electrical contractor specializing in the

Industrial and Commercial sectors. Operating in NI, ROI, England and from our regional office in

Glasgow, we are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. The job will

be placed in the Omagh office.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

The Role

• Be proficient in SAGE Accounts and Sage Payroll

• Should have the ability to use Microsoft Office fluently

• Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail

• Input of data / invoices on system

• Completion of monthly bank reconciliations and preparation of monthly financial reports.

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns

• Weekly processing of wages

• Filing of monthly CIS Returns through SAGE Software

The Person

• The ability to prioritise and work within set deadlines.

• The candidate should be able to demonstrate that they are self-motivated and have excellent oral

and written skills.

• They should be able to complete tasks with limited supervision and show confidence in a busy

working environment.

The Experience

• The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a busy working environment.
