Job Description:

We are seeking a flexible, part-time office administrator to work in our busy bookings department and office - currently the role consists of 2-3 days a week 9am - 5pm.

This role will suit someone customer orientated with previous office experience who is used to working in a fast paced environment and enjoys a job where no two days are the same. 

Requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner and highly professional interpersonal and hospitality skills

• Excellent Administration skills, highly organised and efficient

• Previous experience with the full Microsoft office suite - word, excel, PowerPoint

• Excellent keyboard skills with typing speed min 60 wpm

• Ability to work on your own initiative in an organised manner 

• Marketing and social media experience is desirable

- Other useful skills include interest in Cooking or Gardening, photography, writing.
