We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Payroll administrator to join our South Tipperary based team.  Reporting to the Finance Officer, the successful candidate will be highly organised with a keen interest in continuing professional development.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Processing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls
Collating timesheets and holiday entitlements
Reconciling hours on a weekly basis
Coordinating timesheet processing and management of time & attendance including absences.
Coordinating new hire set ups, leavers, time and attendance entries, as well as various other payroll/personnel transactions and adjustments
Providing direct customer service to employees with high quality, professional and timely responses to queries
Assisting in the processing of all statutory payments in line with prevailing legislation
Ensuring compliance with payroll processes and company guidelines
Liaising with Revenue and other third parties as required
Processing of invoices
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by company management from time to time
