Construction Administrator

Main Responsibilities:

Pre tendering / Company marketing

Assisting Estimating Department with tendering process

Human resource management

Company Insurance renewal process

Information Technology

Preparing and presentation of Project Handover files

High level of administration -Data Management

Administration support to Senior Management

Essential requirements:

Experience in working in the Construction Industry essential

Minimum of 5 years previous experience as Senior Administrator

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word,

PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Accurate and precise attention to detail

Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Good team player with a positive “can do” attitude.

Proactive, flexible and interested to work in a changing, growing and demanding environment.
