EisnerAmper Ireland are recruiting an experienced Practice Accountant to join our Internal Finance team in our rapidly growing Firm. The position is suitable for a newly qualified Management Accountant/Accountant looking to expand their experience in a vibrant and fast-moving environment.

What you will be doing

As a Practice Accountant, you will be part of a team that understands our brand, vision, strategy and how we differentiate.  You will be working closely with the other members of the Internal Finance Department to provide support to the wider Firm.

Your role will include but will not be restricted to the following:

Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts;


Preparation of MI Reports;

Provide support to the client facing team;

Preparation and submission of regulatory returns;

Financial Statement Preparation; and

Ad-hoc Projects.

Who are we looking for?

You are an ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.

Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key competencies

Technical – experience with QuickBooks and practice management software is an advantage.

Analytical – exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; high level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS products.

Initiative – ability to take the initiative, work with limited supervision (although, we will be there to support you).

Dynamism – desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly energetic and motivated team.

Flexibility – willingness to adapt to varying and changing client demands.

Our remuneration packages are designed to attract and retain the best people as part of our team. We offer salary levels which are commensurate to candidates’ level of experience, competencies and role in the firm. Our expected salary range for this position is €45,000 p.a. to €50,000 p.a.
