OCSC’s Energy Division are seeking experienced Energy Engineers to join their Dublin team. We are currently working on some of the most interesting projects throughout Ireland and the UK and we provide a range of sustainability services including; Building Energy Modelling, Building Façade Analysis, Internal Thermal Comfort Analysis, Daylight and Sunlight Analysis, Part L Compliance and Low Energy Design Advice. In addition, our in-house Energy Engineers are qualified Assessors and provide project services for the following; BER Ratings, LEED, BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes, to name but a few.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Energy Engineer who can deliver work of the highest standard to tight deadlines.
Building Services or other relevant Honours Degree
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in undertaking Domestic and Non-domestic Building Energy Ratings (BERs)
Proven experience of IES VE thermal dynamic software.
Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Building Energy Ratings
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Packages
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Working towards Chartered status
Relevant Masters qualification
