Connolly Finance & Leasing LTD t/a N11 CVRT and Service Centre are looking to hire a receptionist.

The role of a Motor Industry Receptionist is to present a friendly and professional face to customers and to provide efficient administrative backup to staff.

Main tasks

Take bookings for tests

Checking in customers for each CVRT test

Raising invoices on our DMS for each customer

Answering main switchboard, routing calls, taking messages

Receiving incoming post and deliveries

Sorting and distributing incoming mail

Organise dispatch of post (mail and courier)

Welcoming visitors and informing staff of their arrival

Keep company diary up to date with details of meetings, events, conferences, training courses, etc

Enquiries – Answer simple customer enquiries on all company services

Where enquiry cannot be concluded, it should be passed on to relevant member of staff

Administrative duties for staff including faxing, data entry, photocopying, compiling reports or information packs

Co-ordinating the equipment and supplies requirements of the company, purchasing and ordering of same

It will be a full time position Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm . Some Saturday work may be required on a rota basis one per month 9.00am to 1.00pm.  

Previous test centre reception experience would be advantageous but not essential although previous office administrators experience is essential. 

A competitive salary will be offered depending upon experience.
