Job Description:

Main Duties/Responsibilties:

- Ensure highest standard of food quality, presentation and service

- Assist with food orders

- Participate in daily testing of foods for quality control

- Train and develop kitchen team to required standards

- Promote positive working environment

- Report to head chef and take on required duties as necessary in his/her absence. 

Skills Required:

- Minimum of 3+ years in a sous chef or head chef role

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a kitchen serving traditional indian cuisine

- Chef qualification and/or relevant experience 

- Certificate/diploma/degree relevant to food preparation/management/hospitality

- Flexible approach to working hours

Details:

- Position: Sous Chef

- Location: 73 Manor St, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7 premises

- Hours: 39 hrs/wk

- Remuneration: €32,000pa
