Petra Management Ltd, wishes to employ a PSRA licenced ‘Property Manager' (C+D Licence), with an excellent track record and a minimum of three years’ experience.

The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated property professionals. The successful candidate should be able to hit the ground running as an experienced residential block manager. Excellence in Microsoft Office and property related CRM systems are required for this role. This position has strong potential for further career progression.

The property team at Petra operates in small groups of highly motivated team members who are at ease in a busy working environment. We need someone who will get annoyed if tasks aren't completed on time. Taking ownership of their property portfolio and having the initiative to identify and resolve problems are key requirements for the role. This role suits decision makers who can rationally analyse a situation, decide on a course of action and stand by their decisions.

Duties are immensely varied and include:

Organising planned and un-planned maintenance works and managing them to a successful conclusion
SLA Management
Processing House Rule infringements and dealing with complaints
Compiling budgets
Hosting occasional evening AGMs and EGMs.
Dealing with Directors of OMC's and forging strong relationships
Being a staff mentor.

Skills required for this post:

Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to logically solve problems
Comfortable reading and interpreting legal documents – MUDs Act, Leases etc.
Strong organisational & task tracking skills
Knowledge of building structures including plant and equipment.
Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic positive environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
