Kevin O’Leary Group, one of Munster’s longest established Opel Motor dealerships, is seeking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to complement their team at its Clonmel branch. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in the dynamic and every changing motor industry.

The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to our customers. This will require you to continually strive to meet sales targets and standards through the sales of new and used vehicles, finance products, insurance, warranty and accessories products.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

This is a role requiring a high degree of working on initiative.

• Achieve volume sales of new & used cars and retain a target margin
• Use an effective sales process
• Maximise sales & profitability through customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors
• Assisting the General Manager in daily dealership maintenance and house keeping including vehicle display and upkeep of website

The Required Candidate should:
• Be customer focused
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be enthusiastic, hard working and committed to succeeding in a sales role
• Be organised with an ability to record information accurately and in a timely manner
• Have a proven ability to hit & exceed monthly sales targets
• Have a professional, courteous manner and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
• A background in maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new contacts is essential
• Experience with a leading volume franchise is a distinct advantage

Experience:
A minimum 3 years sales experience in a competitive environment.
Motor Trade Experience is not essential.
