Hotel Night Manager
We are currently recruiting for a full time Night Manager.
The newly constructed 421 bedroom, 4 Star Holiday Inn Dublin Airport, is one of Ireland's newest and largest Branded Hotels. Holiday Inn Hotels is an IHG Hotel.
Experience in completing the night audit, computer operations, Front office systems, end of day procedure, daily reports.
Understanding of all outlets operational procedures.
To ensure the security of all floats, cash & keys.
To receive, welcome and check-in late arrivals and check-out early departing guests in accordance with reception Front Office standard of procedure.
To have excellent Guest Service & Hospitality skills.
To ensure all IHG Brand Standards are adhered to.
To deal with any book-outs or no-shows in line with hotel policies.
Ensure all Public areas, both internally and externally are kept well maintained and clean.
To ensure room service/lounge orders are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
To be very familiar with fire and emergency alarm systems and all IHG and Company Fire Life Safety Procedures and Standards.
To ensure all night staff are trained in emergency procedures.
To carry out training in your department where required.
To manager your team, including Motivating, incentivize, Recruitment, Appraisals and Rostering.
Rostering, Staff responsibility, Hotel service, Holiday Planning, Guest relations, Front desk, Hotel Operations, Performance appraisals
