Job Description
John Halligan Architects are looking for an experienced Architect to join our team, to work on a variety of healthcare, social housing, conservation and public sector projects. The candidate will be required to lead input at all stages of what is a strong pipeline of projects.

Job Requirements
Project Architect with minimum 5 years post qualification work experience
Experience in preparation of statutory applications
Contract Administration / Site experience
Good knowledge of the Building Regulations and BC(A)R
Proactive team member with good communication skills
Proficient in use of Autocad; Knowledge of Revit / BIM useful
Good presentation / graphic skills
Conservation experience useful but not essential
