We have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join our busy team in an administration position. You shall be working to support with all administration and secretarial duties.
Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Sage Accounts data entry and order processing.
2. General administration.
3. Answering calls.
4. Customer facing and dealing with customer queries.
5. Order management.
6. Organising dispatch of goods.
7. Purchasing of parts.
8. Stock Control.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Experience with Sage accounts would be an advantage.
Familiar with MS suite of products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail.
