Good leadership qualities - Excellent with people and can manage and train a winning team
Personable - Can motivate and develop a team and lead by example
Ability to understand the workings and good communication between front of house and back of house
Positive attitude, good energy, solution focussed, no drama
Understands how vital the customer is
Experience with POS systems (We could teach them) – Computer skills required?
Excellent organisational skills
3 – 5 years in a management role
