Yivee Limited trading as Nutbutter is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join its team. The position entails complete responsibly for the running of the kitchen to include food ordering, menu engineering, food costing, maintenance of all health and safety standards and helping the head chef controlling all financial goals set by the General Manager.
Requirements include a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, a qualification in international cuisine, ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business, lead a team and business development. Candidates must have at least five years’ experience in a senior chef role.
