Hartleys Restaurant in Dun Laoghaire are now seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie. The Restaurant is located in Dun Laoghaire in South County Dublin. The successful candidate should have a minimum 2 years experience in fine dining at Chef de Partie level, or a combination of Commis Chef and Chef de Partie. We are open 6 days a week, lunch and dinner, the job is full-time and permanent. Wage of €15 per hour, plus kitchen tips is on offer to the right candidate. Minimum Annual Salary of €31200, Minimum of 40 hours per week.
