Duties:
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank and Accounts reconciliation
• Assisting with monthly management accounts (P&L, Accruals etc)
• Credit Control
• Operating software packages to record and retrieve information, particularly
spreadsheets and SAGE
• Monitoring company/department financial transactions and controlling budgets
• Preparing accounts, budgets, reports and financial statements
• Auditing internal and external accounts and generating end of year calculations
• Project Accounts
• Revenue tracking, and forecasting.
• Payroll
• Ad hoc Administration duties
Education, Experience, and skills:
• To be considered for this role you must have at least three years’ experience in
a similar role
• Ideally have a third level finance qualification / Accounting Technician
Qualification
• Proficient in SAGE, MS Office, particularly Excel to an advanced level (This will
be tested at interview stage)
• Strong Experience in Accounts Administration
