Maguire Air Conditioning & Ventilation Ltd are a fully established HVAC Company operating in Ireland since 2010.  Our company provides all aspects of Ductwork Ventilation, Fire Duct Systems and Air Conditioning to our clients in the Retail, Commercial & Manufacturing Sectors Nationwide.

Due to our structured growth we now have a new vacancy for a Full Time Accounts Administrator to join our positive working team at our Head Office Location in Dublin 24.  Applicants should possess the following :

A miniumum of 4+ Years Experience working within an office environment dealing with the day to day running of a business.  The successful candidate shall be responsible for Accounts, Payroll, Admininstration Duties and assist in the implementation of new procedures within the company,

Applicants should have excellent knowledge of Computerised Accounts & Payroll and have the ability to process same working on there own initiative.

Work well as part of a structured growing team, be eager to progress whereby every opportunity to progress is afforded to all team members within the company

Be highly diligent with an excellent work ethic

Be Resident and Permitted to Work in the Repiblic of Ireland

Have experience dealing with Debtors / Creditors / Monthly Reporting and Liasing with Accountants & client enquiries

This position is Full Time Permanent 8.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday Weekly
