JSD Contracting – Portlaoise, is seeking to fill the following position: Office Administrator:
The position required is for a busy deadline driven environment. The office is based in Portlaoise.
Have 1-5 years’ experience in a similar role. (Knowledge of construction industry an advantage)
Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and professionalism
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint)
Have ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Have particular attention to detail.
Administrative support to company Directors.
Assist in the efficient Co-ordination/Running of our QEHS Management System.
Assist in preparation of quality documentation for external submissions.
Maintenance of company profile on website and social media
Maintenance of detailed records.
