You will be required to be familiar with and comply with all safety policies of management.
As an employee you will be required to maintain and promote absolute confidentiality at all times.
Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness to the level desired by management.
Liaise with the staff nurse on duty, daily regarding any special precautions to be taken.
Be familiar with all equipment and cleaning solutions.
Maintain an air of tranquillity at all times.
Ensure residents are safe and comfortable at all times.
Communicate with families in a warm, caring and professional manner at all times.
Maintain a clean and pleasant environment at all times.
Respect all personal belongings of residents.
Foster good relations with all staff and residents.
Encourage team wok by being helpful and cooperative towards your colleagues.
You will be required to attend staff meetings and other training as desired by management.
Participate in the induction of new staff.
