Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
Role:
Measures of works on sites with site engineers for monthly valuations.
Prepare monthly interim valuations with Project Manager.
Responsible for preparing cost reports
Assisting the Estimating department with pricing future projects.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good IT Skills with a good working knowledge of AutoCad, Word and Excel.
Strong measurement and take off skills along with knowledge of building detail and construction technology.
