QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT
• Carrying out in process production checks in line with company HACCP and SOPs.
• Performing product/environment testing and verification audits.
• Completion of daily production record keeping.
• Maintenance of HACCP, Bord Bia and BRC quality and food safety standards.
• Supplier approval and monitoring.
• Carrying out internal audits, including GNP and Traceability audits.
• Trending quality data and reporting to Quality Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Third level qualification in Food Related Discipline.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Internal Auditing, BRC.
• Previous experience in a Food Production Facility preferred but not essential.
• Skilled in Computer use - Excel, Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
Monday to Friday Role.
