We currently have a vacancy for a Market Research Manager to join our Marketing Team based in our Head Office in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, which is a critical part of the transformation of our business.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of market consumer and employee insight across Dunnes Stores grocery, clothing, homewares and hospitality divisions.
Manage market data and insight for grocery, clothing, home, out of home including market sizing, share, positioning and customer opportunities.
Manage customer feedback research programme for store and digital channels. Ensure Customer Feedback is shared and actioned at the right forums in the organisation for measurable improvements in customer experience to be achieved.
Manage market and brand tracking research in conjunction with research agency to track performance of the brand and competitors, delivery monthly and quarterly insight and action planning.
Plan and manage all ad hoc quantitative and qualitative research to measure market, customer and brand.
Manage relationships with market research agencies to deliver overall research program.
Support business departments on internal research requirements and projects e.g. Operations and HR Store Manager Feedback.
Follow research findings end to end to ensure that customer feedback is actioned upon within business processes and systems.
Work with marketing and customer insight to inform market and customer planning across the house.
Keep abreast of all relevant research trends and reports in market and bring relevant findings back into the business
Overseeing pitch briefs and market exploration for research needs as required
Expert knowledge of market research tools and techniques
Experience of implementing action driving customer and market feedback programs
Experience in creating or validating customer segments and recency, frequency, value scores
Highly computer and data literate with experience of sourcing, analysing and reporting by turning raw data into meaningful insights
Understanding of the analytical use of data within BI and Dashboarding tools for general business consumption or other data specialists
Experience reporting on or presenting key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to deliver complex information simply
Retail Industry research experience is a distinct advantage
