Job Description:

Echo Water have an opportunity for an Administration and Sales Support Agent providing customer and administrative support. A highly organised and motivated individual who will be an integral part of the team

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Customer Support
o Handling inbound customer calls and queries through to resolution and where required, after taking all steps to support a resolution with customer – escalate calls upwards efficiently to next level for fast resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
o Conducting scheduled ‘health checks’ contacting all customers to ensure continued satisfaction with products and services
o Managing and overseeing the schedule of service calls for each customer

• Stock control
o Liaising with warehouse weekly to monitor stock levels and prepare orders when needed
o Assisting in researching/sourcing additional or alternative products when necessary
o Liaising with the warehouse in relation to testing and quality control process for all machinery keeping accurate logs of all activities

• Administration
o Assisting sales reps with lead generation and lists
o Maintaining accurate logs of all customer documents to include contracts, service calls, orders etc
o Assisting with the preparation and roll out of marketing materials
o Other ad hoc admin duties as they arise

The Person/Skills required:
Minimum 2 years experience as a secretary.
Excellent communication skills when dealing with both internal and external customers.
Excellent attention to detail
Highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and within a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrates drive and determination and has the right attitude to succeed.
Relevant experience or training in office administration.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience as a Team Administrator / Personal Assistant
