The Role:

Smooth daily running of the service and aftersales
Liaising and organising with staff and ensuring all procedures and systems followed.
Be practical and organised, with strong administration skills
Have strong product knowledge, with a proven ability to understand motor retail, warranty and internal service sales processes.
Utilising manufacturer and company standards and best practice
Job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments
Provide excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and recommendation
Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Essential skills:

Highly professional & excellent customer service skills
Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
Work well under pressure & as part of a team
Must enjoy working on the telephone and have a clear, pleasant telephone manner
Excellent planning, communication and organizational skills and a customer-focused background.
Proficiency in word, excel and outlook is essential.
Capable of coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments
Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.
Proven + 3 years’ experience in an Operations Manager (or similar) position is essential
Previous Motor Industry Experience essential.
