Job Description:

Sheehy Motor Group has an immediate opening for an "Experienced Administrator". The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years’ experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be able to demonstrate strong numerical and accuracy skills along with excellent time management and the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday, position based at our dealership in Naas. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Main duties will include:

Verification & processing of purchase invoices for new and used vehicles
Processing of Vehicle Sales order forms

Preparing, submitting and reconciling all claims to manufacturers for fleet, demonstrator or special bonus claims
Vehicle ordering
Batching & posting new vehicle invoices

Creating PDI and used vehicle preparation lines on Kerridge
Coordinating registration, taxing of vehicles & transfer of ownership paperwork
Notification of vehicle deliveries

Registering warranty policies for VW & Skoda
Assisting with ISO
Other duties as and when required

Key Competencies

Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Kerridge DMS would be a distinct advantage

Have excellent literacy and numeracy coupled with good planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment
Ability to work to strict deadlines
