Coordinate office administrative activities to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies and local legislation
To ensure efficient and consistent communication processes are in place and support management with daily briefings and regular team meetings
To have full understanding of the site Action Plans - Customer Service Improvement Plan and support these initiatives from an administrative perspective
Ensure all reports, statistical and administration requests are met in a timely, relevant and accurate manner. Effective and prompt response to any ad-hoc requests made by management
To undertake additional activities such as attendance at conferences and involvement in projects to further individual and organisational development
Management of office supplies (stationary, printer cartridges, equipment etc.) ensuring stock rotation and available supplies in line with business requirements
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned to you from management.
Should the role requirements and responsibilities change, then these will be reviewed and amended in consultation with the individual
Taking charge of client accounts.
