Manage and maintain the internal asset risk database within the Asset Risk Department in line with the local asset risk policy.
Ensure all vehicle pricing and data is updated daily through VMS and all current orders are updated in line with manufacturer price adjustments through VMS a NOLS.
Complete all tasks within agreed timelines. Monitor requests and tasks within salesforce.
Responsible for setting RV & RMT for all new and existing vehicles on NOLS (internal system) in line with local policy.
Monitor sales results and analyse SIMI monthly data on new and imported vehicle and note market trends.
Database - Manage and maintain accurate vehicle database records, insure sufficient make, model, segment most popular mix available for quoting.
Manage JATO/VMS for accuracy of data and report all anomalies
Recalculations - Prepare SIMS as requested in Also any object movements, etc.
Extensions Analysis - Work with the Client Services team to cross check interest extension offers to clients and also to look at ways of further savings if required and if risk analysis allows
Maintenance and tyre budgets - updating, monitor existing and new maintenance and tyre budget data to ensure consistency within categories and accuracy of data, and reporting on errors and anomalies to ensure our risk is minimised in line with local policy
Residual value reviews - Prepare, present, record agreed changes from residual value a RMT reviews, implement agreed changes in NOLS having obtained sign off from the RV committee.
Operations Reviews - Prepare, present risk management RV, RMT and market specific updates
Quotation adjustments - Implement quotation adjustments and maintain an accurate record file of approved quotation adjustment
Departmental training on asset risk for new and existing employees
Ensure day to day compliance with LeasePlan policies and best practices
Assistance with technical queries and working on tenders with the Commercial Department
To undertake any reasonable role related duties which may be required from time to time

Knowledge, Skills a Experience
Motor/Fleet industry experience essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with a polite, friendly and diplomatic manner
Must have strong attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy
Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Good team player - must enjoy being part of, and actively participating in a team environment
