Laois Physiotherapy Clinic
Part time position available for Office administrator in busy Physiotherapy Clinic.
Hours: 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday (hours somewhat negotiable)
Salary: Depends on experience
Start: As soon as possible
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Booking appointments for patients on web-based programme
Typing up referral letters/physiotherapy notes
Taking payments from patients by card/cash
Reconciling daily cash sheets
Ensuring efficient day to day running of the physiotherapy clinic
General admin tasks as required by managemen Skills required
Previous clerical or reception experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good, pleasant phone manner and a people person.
Experience using MS Outlook/Word/Excel
Ability to work on their own initiative
Experience using/posting to social media (Facebook and Instagram) – not essential
Good attention to detail
