We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the team at The Stella Theatre, The Devlin.

Safety and Hygiene.
Ordering bar products.
To ensure that all services in the bar are ready for operation at the specified time and to the required standard.
Observing Safety and Hygiene legislation for the venue
To ensure that all stock is monitored and handled correctly.
To familiarise service periods and performances.
To ensure that the bars are clean and presentable at all times.
To ensure regular liaison with the Bar Manager with regard to customer feed back, liquor and food quality, stock levels, wastage, cash, tills, ordering etc.
To ensure all cash handling and bill payments are carried out in accordance with the cash handling procedures.
To ensure the correct procedures are carried out regarding signing staff on and off shift, booking off time off etc and that the Bar Manager is made aware of any changes in status, personal or health issues etc.
To ensure a daily report is logged in the diary of any issues in, attendance, equipment wastage, breakage, etc
To attend stocktaking weekly duties, in rotation with other Supervisors as requested by Bars Manager.
To provide the highest level of service possible to all patrons and their guests at all times and deal with and attempt to resolve any problems or complaints in a polite and professional manner.
To ensure regular, positive and co-operative communication with managers, and staff.
To carry out any reasonable duties as required by the Bars Manager to achieve the objectives and targets of the Bar operation.
