Job Description:

A Part Time Position

has arisen for an

Experienced Office Administrator

to work in a Portlaoise based Accountancy Practice1

Your Role

- Reception

- Entering of information onto Sage Accounts Software

& Bank Reconciliation

- Monthly/Quarterly Reports

- Liaise with Clients

- Client Vat Returns

- Phones, Filing, Mailing & Emailing

- Holiday Cover

- Assist with all day-to-day aspects of the office to include administrative and ad hoc duties.

Requirements

- Accounts Payable & Receivable background

- Systems knowledge of Sage software

- Word & Excel skills required

- A knowledge of payroll & Collsoft Software would be an advantage

- Strong analytical, research & issue resolution abilities necessary

- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a wider team
- Organised and focused

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
