This is a fulltime permanent senior management position. To maximise vehicles sales and deliver on the Trinity Customer first promise. 

Main tasks


Analyzing and controlling the day-to-day sales activities of sales executives
Plans and directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service plan programmes
Implement, train and maintain a consistent sales process for all sales staff.
Achieve monthly and annual targets for the Sales department incl Personal Sales Targets.
Responsibility for used vehicle sales including
Stock Control
Used Vehicle preparation processes and display
Adhering to Pricing Policies
Forecasting New and Used Vehicle Sales 
Assist in the preparing of Sales Department budgets 
Assessing the Market Opportunities and plans. 
Research market place and develop advertisement strategy / sales campaign
Publicity and PR, trade shows, promotions and campaigns
Showroom layout, colour and literature – display vehicles to maximise customer appeal and control ageing
Develop, manage and direct sales executives prospecting and follow up methods
Monitor customer satisfaction reports to determine training needs, identify personnel problems, measure training effectiveness.
Produce periodic reports per in-house requirements and criteria on the effectiveness of the Sales Department
Produce periodic reports per in-house requirements and criteria on the performance of Used Vehicle Sales Department
Produce periodic reports per in-house requirements and criteria on the performance of each Sales Executive
Develop and monitor Customer Relations Policy and deal with customers who are referred by Sales Executives.
Manage Health and Safety within the Sales Department
Staff responsibilities

Responsibility for all sales staff 
Liaise with Dealer Principal, Head of Sales, Service Manager and Parts Manager. 
Performance standards

Achieve new car sales targets 
Achieve used car sales targets
Achieve new car profit targets
Achieve used car profit targets
Achieve customer service standards as per company and/or distributors policy
Minimise staff turnover
Maximise company profile and reputation
Achieve all variable margin criteria within the sales department remit. 
Achieve balance score card results in line with the companies targets.
