We are currently seeking to hire a new Spare Parts Advisor with the career goal to progress to management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focused and experienced in growing and developing business relationships with new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will be trained and mentored with the aim of succeeding the current Spare Parts Supervisor on a long-term basis, ultimately being responsible for ensuring colleagues are engaged and have the necessary tools and resources to deliver great customer service, efficient work practices and strong financial performances.
Experience: Experience managing KPI, sales margins, operations, resourcing and customer service, will be key to success in the role.

The Day-to-Day Role:
Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts to customers and internal departments using the dealer management system.
Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to retail and trade customers.
Assist and follow up with customers, communicating relevant updates and status reports.
Deal with queries in a professional and helpful manner.
Ensure correct parts are ordered and available for vehicle repairs
This will be combined with ongoing training and mentoring to ultimately succeed as our next Spare Parts Supervisor paving the way for a long term career at management level within the organization.
Skills, Qualifications, & Experience
Relevant parts experience is essential (working within a franchised dealership parts department would be highly desirable)
A reasonable level of computer literacy would be advantageous with experience of using Microsoft office packages
Previous experience of using stock control systems would be desirable
Must be confident with telephone communication and possess a polite and professional telephone manner
Possess strong organisational skills and an ability to structure workload efficiently
