We have recently announced our plans to develop a new dealership for Toyota and Lexus in Naas.  We have ambitious plans for further growth and are now looking to recruit for a new group role, Stock Administrator, to work within our motor group businesses.

We are looking for someone who will be excited at the idea of taking on this new group role to make a significant contribution to the sales team’s efficiency.  In addition, the candidate must willing to learn the Toyota Way which is at the heart of all our group’s day-to-day procedures.

Toyota Naas are on a path to be one of Toyota Ireland’s best dealerships and the sales team is being expanded to support that ambition.  In addition, Monasterevin Motors take pride in their heritage and reputation as an independent retailer and as a Toyota Approved Service Centre.  The Stock Administrator will have ultimate responsibility for all new and used vehicle stock in Toyota Naas and Monasterevin Motors to ensure full accountability for all vehicle whereabouts, condition and movements.  This will also include supervision of vehicles through the new and used vehicle preparation processes along with any vehicle damage repair.

Job duties include:

Liaising with Toyota Ireland in relation to delivery of new vehicles.

Collaboration with sales team to ensure trade-in and bought-in vehicles are booked into the service department for preparation in a timely manner.

Supervision of all vehicles which are required to go to the bodyshop for repair.

Control of all vehicles on group sites so that information on location and condition are known always.

Supervision of all vehicle movements to and from group sites.

Collaboration with sales managers and dealer principals in all stock related topics.

Implementation of an effective key management system for all vehicle stock.

Coordination of vehicle presentation standards on group sites and collaboration with sales managers in relation to same.

Required experience:

Administrative responsibility for stock (not necessarily vehicles).

IT literate (Microsoft Word & Excel) and stock management systems.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organised individual with proven ability to multi-task.

Reports to: Dealer Principals, Toyota Naas and Monasterevin Motors.

Location: Across group sites.
