Kleentech Synthetic Finishes Ltd are recruiting for an office administrator to join our Team. This is a permanent full-time role for the right candidate.
Kleentech Synthetic Finishes Ltd is a Irish owned interior finishes company based in Castledermot, Co Kildare. The Company has grown over the past 30 years offering Walls, Ceilings & Floor finishes to the Medical, Pharma, Food Process industries and provided an excellent and reliable service.
This new team member will be supported by an enthusiastic team which includes, Sales Manager, Office Manager, Purchasing and Admin Team.
Estimating and Tendering
Preparation of final accounts
Working off own initiative
Liaising with Crew (Team) Leads and Sales/Office Managers
Any other reasonable duties as required by management.
Must have a high level of computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent work ethic

Excellent IT skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Attention to detail
Strong team player
Willing to learn
Current driving licence
Proven experience working in office environment.
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
Polish & English Language advantage but not essential
