Product Marketing Manager // Circit

Circit is a fast growing SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real-time. We have created a platform that is used by the big four accountancy firms and banks globally.   Circit allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits in real-time and spend more time helping businesses to accomplish growth-oriented goals.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to generate awareness of our product and brand among our target audience, and to develop and execute our marketing strategy. You must be comfortable executing both the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as shaping and owning the long-term strategy and plan.

There is a network effect to what we do which has accelerated the company’s growth to date and there remains a vastly untapped market opportunity which presents an exciting marketing challenge.

Role and Responsibilities

This is a broad role and will cover aspects including:

Create lead generation plans and tactics and report against demand generation and sales KPIs

Develop a content marketing plan and write content for our target audience

Create sales collateral and content to move prospects through to customers

Create personas and messaging to position Circit as a leading solution among our ICPs

‘Own the brand’ and ensure on message communications in all aspects of the business

Work with designers and platforms to test and execute on new lead generation experiments on our website and other channels

Build relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Identify event sponsorship and attendance opportunities to generate awareness among ICPs

Develop and manage the social media and digital marketing plans

Produce concise monthly reports for the management team about spend; cost of acquisition and updates to plan

Candidate Requirements

You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy marketing department

Deep experience with CRM systems and the latest marketing technology

Proven ability in a data-driven performance marketing environment

Experience in developing lead generation tactics for sales teams

Excellent communicator in writing/blogging/storytelling and speaking at events

Prior experience in a SaaS SaaS business

Experience rolling out advertising campaigns across Europe

An understanding of fintech, funds, banking and auditing is a plus

Comfortable with building from scratch online content marketing and social media development strategies

Comfortable in an ever-changing and fast-paced early product-market-fit environment
