Trailco & Abron specialise in the Sale, Maintenance and repair of Commercial Vehicles, Trailers and Tail Lifts. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Advisor.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the service process, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. Updating the internal I.T systems and assisting in all relevant administrative tasks associated with the role
Skills essential to this role:
Friendly, with a good phone manner.
IT proficient, basic understanding of Word.
Strong organisation skills and documentation processing.
Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full training will be provided.
Salary 25k to 30K depending on experience
