Trailco specialise in the Sale, Maintenance, Rental, and repair of HGV Trucks and Trailers. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a full-time Fleet administrator with previous experience of driving an Artic (C+E) license.  

The role will be mostly office-based, but from time to time you may need to bring a Truck or Trailer to the test center or a customer’s site. 

The successful candidate should have, 

- A minimum of 2 years of C+E driving experience. 

- Familiarity with RSA legislation in relation to commercial vehicles.

 Duties will include,

- Ensuring all vehicles are tested and serviced to agreed schedules

- Contacting customers to organize scheduled maintenance

- Ensuring all maintenance invoices are processed and passed for payment

- Keeping Internal compliance system and service records up to date

- Liaising with a network of Garages and mobile engineers.

This role may suit a driver looking to make the step from the road to the office while still spending a few hours per week in the Truck. A competitive salary is on offer and training will be provided in all aspects of the role.

 Hours Mon - Fri  8:30 to 17:00 (No weekends)
