The Successful candidate will:
• Perform account maintenance and data entry.
• Complete customer orders on the phone and process orders
• Take ownership of customer requests and maintain
accountability for follow through.
• Cultivate a positive attitude of helpfulness, professionalism
and enthusiasm to be shared with your customers and fellow employees

Skills Required:
• Good understanding of customer service and accounts
• Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and work in a

• Ability to adapt to change and multi-task.
• Self-starter and energetic personality
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and
Microsoft Office
• Good typing skills with technical and internet expertise.
• Timely and accurate filing of documents
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask to
work to deadlines
• Other ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as needed
or directed
• Fluent in written and verbal English
