Job Description:

We are looking for a full time receptionist/administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic with a cheerful disposition, have excellent interpersonal skills and an exceptional work ethic. Previous reception experience desirable but not essential.

Duties:
Answering phone calls
Managing a busy email inbox
Running of clinics
Dealing with patient queries throughout the day
Ringing of referrals
Maintaining patient files

Experience:
Excellent administration and organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Experience working in hospital/clinical setting desirable but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Audio typing desirable but not essential
Excellent IT skills including social media
