Reporting to : Head of Operations

Location: Carr Golf Head Office, Park West, Dublin 12.

Salary: DOE

Role Purpose

To support the services team and become the point-of-contact for 6 golf clubs working on various issues, reports and projects as directed by the Head of Operations. The services team is responsible for the golf and clubhouse operations including, pro shop and food and beverage areas within the golf clubs.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Head of Operations and the on-site services teams offering a wide range of operational and administrative support including rostering, stock reporting, Health & Safety supervision across 6 venues.

Communicate directly with sites to record and resolve varying issues and questions arising from the day to day operational issues.

System management – Tee sheet booking system, POS system, Time and attendance.

Assist in operational reporting.

This role will require the position holder to travel to the venues on occasion as required to fulfil the requirements of this role.

The Person

2 years minimum experience working in operations in an administration/office environment

Ideally suited to an outgoing enthusiastic person with excellent people management and communication skills and to someone who is able to deal with colleagues from a number of sites with accuracy and adaptability.

Must be a team player with strong service capabilities.

Candidates must show flexibility and a strong ability to multitask and prioritise items.

Excellence in attention to detail

A problem-solver and solution seeker

Comfortable using computers, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word & Excel essential. Experience in reporting is important.

A level of interest in golf and knowledge of golf is preferred but not essential.

Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English.

Qualification in Business would be desirable but not essential
