PPL Biomechanics is an SME which has been manufacturing Custom Orthotic Devices since 1993. We are the leading supplier of foot orthoses, specialised footwear, and other biomechanical devices in Ireland, selling to Medical Practitioners in Private Clinics, Private Hospitals, HSE Hospitals and Community Care Centres.

We are now seeking to recruit an experienced full-time Warehouse Operative within our Operations Team. This is a varied role ideal for someone who is ambitious, looking to grow their experience across all areas of Warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the accurate receipt and storage of production materials, products, and supplies.
Pick, pack, and despatch customer orders daily.
Work closely with purchasing to ensure receiving discrepancies are dealt with in a timely manner.
Work alongside Production team to ensure consistent supply of materials.
Ensure stock cycle counting is carried out in a planned and regular basis to maintain stock count accuracy.
Keep areas clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.
Continuous improvement of warehouse storage and organisation.
Operate in a safe manner complying with company health and safety policies.
Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time in other areas of Operations.
Requirements:

Team orientated with good communication skills.
Must have proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and Outlook)
Ability to plan and organise work.
