Job Title: Glass Protection Specialist
Nature of Business: Protecting glass across a wide range of industries.

The foundation of our success is having the best people on our team and we are now seeking a Glass Protection Specialist (responsible for training new glass protection technicians in all aspects of glass protection including substrate preparation, product/solution identification, application and ongoing quality control of new technicians)

**Qualifications**

- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Minimum 2 years operational glass protection experience
- Experience working with WPG1000 or similar
- Safety knowledge in Working at Heights, Fall Protection, Manual Handling or willing to become certified
- Computer literate (Microsoft applications)
- Training and performing presentation frequently are an asset
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license

**Responsibilities**

- Training/Quality-Control
    - Existing partner technicians
    - New in-house technicians
    - Attend and facilitate monthly quality control meetings.
    - Perform regular investigations
- Orientations
    - Direct new employees
    - Process and deliver training programmes
    - Identify areas of improvement
- Evaluations
    - Ensure maintenance to required standard
    - Identifying potential risks
    - Project manage job life-cycle
- Management
    - Ensure a conducive working relationship with management
    - Monitor practical on-site application options
    - Oversee implementation of company expansion in Spanish market.
