The candidate must be an experience Head Chef (Chinese and South East Asian Cuisines) or similar capacity. The candidate will need to have at least 5 Years experience in similar capacity. The candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation, menu creation. meals preparation and cooking, stock controls and hygeine management. Knowledge on Chinese and South East Asian cuisines will be advantageous. The candidate will be require to work on 39 hours a week at the business's premise located at Unit 6A Rowlagh Village Centre, Neilstown Rd, Rowlagh, Dublin, Ireland.
