Duties and skills
- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Carry out skilled DIY & general maintenance work involved in all aspects of onsite building maintenance, both internal and external.

Full drivers license necessary
