Sous Chef required for busy kitchen of established hotel, “The Dean Dublin” at 33 Harcourt St. Dublin 2.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar role. International experience an advantage.
Duties are preparation, cooking and presentation of various dishes and preparing menus.
Salary: €38,000 per annum. Hours: 39 per week, Employer: Holtend Limited trading as “The Dean Dublin”.
