Work as part of a multi-disciplinary Team delivering a coordinated approach to resident care.
The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care
Deliver the highest standard of Nursing care
Manage a designated case load
Promote the health, welfare and social well-being of residents
Ensure care is carried out in an ethical manner
Working knowledge of HIQA standards
