Duties to include:
To formulate and ensure standard recipes.
Candidate should be master in preparation and presentation.
To organise, develop, operate and administer the main kitchen and satellite kitchens producing delectable food at a pre determined cost and strictly in time for food service.
Candidates should have the ability to handle stress well and work well under pressure. Specialise in Indian & Mughlai cuisine
according to the recipes.
