The Ballyliffin Lodge and Spa Hotel is now recruiting for a Duty Manager with strong management skills to work with its experienced and established team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality, good team management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, some experience in IT and Microsoft applications would also be a benefit. The purpose of the role will be to assist and enable the team under your control to consistently deliver standards and ensure a high degree of customer care. The duty manager will work closely with Senior Management and Department Heads to ensure day to day operations are maintained at a high level.
