Responsibilities will include:
HR Duties including:
CV management, telephone screening, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks, issuing of junior contracts, advertising of vacant positions.
Setting up and maintaining new hires on time and attendance system and eLearning system.
Maintenance of HR databases and records – Training, Probation, Staff Lists
Collating reports for HR Manager as required
Attending team meetings as and when required
Training scheduling and administration
Maintenance of annual leave database and deal with queries
Preparation of HR Reports
Stores Holiday Requests
Administrative support to the HR Department.
Ordering and distribution of stationary and uniform items for the group
Customer Service support during busy periods Phone/Email Support.
Ad hoc duties as they arise
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role & have excellent organisational and excel skills.
